Total length of Qinghai-Tibet ± 400kV DC networking project is 1038 km, in 2011 started construction, TG Group won the bid of the OPGW project 322.5KM. The project is the key project of China State Grid to carry out the national western development strategy, it is one another the "Power Sky Way" connecting Qinghai and Tibet after Qinghai-Tibet Railway. It is also the largest power transmission project in the world's highest altitude so far.
